The Andalucía-Occidental node, led by the researcher Pepa Ramírez Cobo (University of Cádiz), is composed of researchers whose main areas of work include Statistical Learning, Bayesian Methods, Multivariate Dependence, and Wavelet Theory, applied to biomedical and environmental problems, among others.
Principal Investigator: Pepa Ramírez Cobo (Universidad de Cádiz)
View all membersThe research projects of the node members focus on new methodological developments in explainable and fair statistical learning, stochastic models for recurrent data, stochastic orderings in a multivariate context, risk measurement and comparison, Bayesian methods in ecology, astronomy, and reliability, as well as general biostatistical modeling of high-frequency data (see poster).
