The BIOSTATNET network is organizing the 2nd BIOSTATNET Workshop Susie Bayarri. This workshop is dedicated to Susie Bayarri, principal investigator at BIOSTATNET’s Valencia Node until her death in 2014.
Susie was a brave woman whose work revolved around Bayesian statistics, in which she became internationally known for her excellent theoretical, methodological and applied work, as well as for her direction of national and international research groups, her leadership in scientific societies, and the training of young researchers.
This 2nd BIOSTATNET Workshop Susie Bayarri will have as a plenary speaker María Xosé Rodríguez Álvarez.
